Country Manager / Project Manager – DACH Market Development

NextGen Retail Partners helps food and non-food manufacturers, brand owners and suppliers enter and grow in the DACH retail market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

We are looking for self-driven, remote-based Country Managers and Project Managers to represent NextGen Retail Partners in their home country. You will identify and approach potential manufacturers and suppliers in the food and non-food industry, introduce them to NextGen Retail Partners, and support the long-term placement of their products in the DACH market.

• Identify and approach relevant manufacturers/suppliers (food & non-food) in your country
• Present NextGen Retail Partners and our DACH market-entry services
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partner companies
• Support the onboarding process together with our team
• Report on progress and pipeline on a regular basis

• Experience in sales, business development or key account management
• An existing network in the food and/or non-food manufacturing sector in your country is a strong plus — but not a must
• Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable working independently and remotely
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Based in the country you would represent
